Control Unit for Remote-controlled Turbines

CURT provides economic and efficient management of dust and odor control systems, also in terms of resources. Inputs and sensors can be expanded as desired, based on specific customer requirements.

Once installed, CURT makes it possible for the user to save time and money: the system starts operating only when necessary.

With CURT Control Software it is possible to monitor and control all the dust controller machinery in a system. If certain processes normally generate dust, parameters can be inserted for automatic activation and deactivation of the system. These inputs are, for example: time control based on a calendar, various atmospheric conditions (wind, rain, temperature, humidity), ultrasound, photocell, dust sensor or electronic nose.

THIS IS A TYPICAL WORK DAY FOR CURT – SOME PRACTICAL EXAMPLES:

  • The system is automatically activated through ultrasound or photocell upon entrance of a truck for unloading material. When the truck exits the unloading area, the system deactivates. This process can be associated with, for example, a scheduled time control function.
  • In the case of strong wind or rain, the dust controller is automatically deactivated or does not start operating.

Turbine on a Truck

The so-called Fogger Truck is composed of a truck tank and two V22 turbines. The truck offers total load capacities of 160,000 litres of water, and is therefore especially suitable for use in mines, for dampening roads and other uses on large surface areas

Turbine on Lift & Turbine on self-sufficient trailer

If the turbine requires an elevated position for improved dust control in the area in question, we have the option to put the machine on a 6m lift.

To guarantee maximum autonomy in the work site, we also supply our dust controller machines combined with water tanks, generator or both. The flexible all-in-one system provides efficient dust control in any situation, without depending on water and electrical connections.

Turbine on trailer

If the dust controller requires frequent transport, for example, when used for demolitions, the turbine on a trailer is an excellent solution. In fact, it can be easily transported from one place to another, with very low transport costs.
